At Shared Custody, your privacy and your children's safety and security is a top priority. Information will only be accessible to authorized users who have confirmed login and passwords. Any information you add to your Shared Custody account will only be view-able by those adults and caregivers which you have added or authorized.
Your account information will not be accessed or shared by our staff except in the event of a request of either party for certified copies of account information for court or mediation purposes. Your private notes will not be shared in the certified documentation except at your request.
